I am your accountability partner, here to support and encourage you while we get your body back into balance. The foundation of the custom meal plan is it's unique capability to develop a truly personalized ingredient list based upon an in-depth analysis of your 36 unique blood values, medical history, and your personal dietary preferences. Your personalized plan acts as your “road map,” and it indicates exactly what foods you should eat in order to orchestrate the biochemical changes needed for reaching your desirable weight and overall health goals.
You will only find real foods on your plan. There are no injections, pills or drugs, replacement meal shakes, or proprietary foods. We eat 3 balanced meals each day composed of only whole, fresh foods.

After you have submitted an application and we determine that our weight loss meal plan is right for you, I send you a requisition for blood work at any LifeLabs near you, plus invoice, and Agreement form. Then, we meet online to discuss your goals, and fill out an Intake Form together.
We meet to review your personalized Nutrition Plan and go over what Phase 1 and Phase 2 look like for you. These strict 16 days (minimum) are when your hormones and enzymes are balanced through a detailed list of whole foods, curated just for you based on your blood work and wellness goals. I work with you to brainstorm recipes and meal ideas using your prescribed ingredients.
Once your goals are met in Phase 2, we slowly move into Phase 3, where we introduce an extended list of foods that are chosen specifically for you. Your metabolism and hormones are balanced now, so you are able to burn your food for fuel and not store it as fat. We discuss an exercise plan and 8 unique guidelines to set you up for long-term success.
After a couple weeks of monitoring how your body reacts to your extended foods list, you are ready to introduce foods that are not on your list. I will coach you through the process, so you can carefully monitor your body's response. This is a maintenance phase that you will stay in, moving forward.
We follow up a couple weeks into your maintenance phase to review your diet diary and go over any questions and concerns you might have as you continue to maintain what you have implemented thus far.

The first phase is known as the cleansing or preparation phase, and it lasts two days. In this cleansing phase, you will only eat light food, such as vegetables, fruit, rice or potatoes. When the stomach and intestines have been emptied, the body switches to food that comes from the inside, namely from the fat reserves (keto metabolism). You will not experience any hunger cravings. As early as phase 1, you should also drink plenty of water to guarantee sufficient hydration.
The body requires time to detoxify (eliminate the poisons) and reset its metabolism in order to regain a healthy balance. The second phase should last at least 14 days. This is called the “strict conversion phase” or “detox phase.” Your diet will contain lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. The alkaline minerals in the diet bind acids, and therefore the acids are eliminated from the body. The healthy foods in the meal plan support detoxification by itself. That being said, compliance with the 8 Metabolic Balance rules is very important during this “strict” second phase. In just the first few days on this phase, you will begin to feel better. You can continue this phase past 14 days and stay on it until you reach your goal.
Things begin to change for you in Phase 3 – also called the “relaxed conversion phase.” In this phase you may stop measuring your food quantity and even try foods that aren’t on your list. I coach you on how to monitor yourself for symptoms as you reintroduce former foods, so you know how to determine if your body is not responding well to them. This is an experimental phase to help you slowly get your favourite foods back in to your life, but now you will know how to enjoy them without overindulgence and discomfort.
You made it! In Phase 4, your metabolism has changed and you can begin to feel the fruits of your labour. For instance, you notice your weight loss, you sleep better, and your newfound vitality gives you a new sense of confidence. In Phase 4, the goal is to maintain your success for the long-term. That is why it is also called the “maintenance phase.” In the last few weeks, you have learned that the Metabolic Balance meal plan is the ideal lifestyle for you. You now feel great, but if your metabolism should become imbalanced again, you have a plan to go back to.
